职位描述
Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Release purchase order for raw material and packaging material according to the purchase requirements from the material planner 根据物料计划的安排负责购买原材料和包装材料。
2. Buy auxiliary material according to approved PR 根据经批准的采购申请购买辅料
3. Release PO for tooling and fixture, and implement PO according to schedule 按时采购工装夹具
4. Provide MRO purchasing service for equipment maintenance 采购设备维护所需的料件
5. Handle the equipment purchasing 负责设备采购
6. Handle PO payment for procurement in charge 处理采购订单的账款结付事宜
7. Seek quotation for scrap 负责废料的寻价
8. Seek quotation for public utility and service based on approved request 根据经批准的申请，负责公用设施及公共服务的询价
9. Trace each PO and make sure on time delivery 追踪每票订单以确保准时交货
10. Document management, including quotation, purchase order, contract, agreement and so on. 文件管理，包括报价单，采购订单，合同，协议等的归档整理
11. Other jobs assigned by team leader 由团队负责人布置的其他工作
Requirements 要求:
1. College diploma in Mechanical area or equivalent 大学学历，机械等相关专业
2. Be able to read simple engineering drawings and write mail in English 能够读懂简单的工程图纸以及写英文邮件
3. Above 5 Years’experience related in machinery field 至少五年以上机械行业工作经验
4. Be adapt to frequent travels 能适应出差
5. Experience in pump/valve industry is a plus 有从事阀门或泵行业者佳
6. Experience in ERP system will be a priority 有ERP系统经验者优先考虑
7. Have good team work spirit and can work under high pressure 有良好的团队合作精神并且能承受高强度的工作压力
