工作职责：
1.负责公司产品中与电子/电气相关的技术管理， 包括电子/电气工程技术人员，以及他们所需要使用的
设备，软件整体规划和实施， 需要实施既定的项目以支持公司的新产品战略目标，在这个过程中电子研发经理负责明确
团队计划，监控实施过程，及时修正各类偏差及异常。
EE manager responsible for overall Electronic/Electrical resource management, including EE engineers and EE
equipments and software should be applied for the team, EE manager shall support all on-going projects in terms of all
EE related technologies/activities, to ensure the EE features durable/reliable as defined in BOS, EE manager shall be
responsible for EE continuous product development as well, implement defined projects to support the company’s
strategy, in the process manager need communicate the team objectives and control the execution.

任职资格：
1.教育背景: 学士学位以上
Education: Bachelor or above
2.知识要求: 专业的数字、模拟电子线路软硬件开发或自动控制专家技术背景，具备好的产品研发和工程技术经验。 ,
Expert of digital/Analog circuit hardware/Firmware research and design, or excellent in automation
design with good new product development experience and engineering background
3.经验要求: 技术经验，技术管理经验，产品研发经验，3 年以上管理经验。
Technical background, engineering management experience, innovation or R&D capability, more
then 3 years manager experience with strong leadership.
工作技能:
1.英语专业，能熟练使用英语表达
CET 4 plus simple reading & writing Professional English
2.计算机: 办公软件; MIS 系统; 专业软件
Computer: MS Soft wares; MIS System ; Special Soft wares
3.特殊工具和设备的使用：PDM
Special Tools and/or Equipment: PDM
