职位描述
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for two or three specific products' Quality Performance, FPYR & Customer Complaints.
2. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for quality-related issues and customer complaints.
3. Analyze failure defects from production to rule out potential failure modes by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
4. Effectively hold meetings and provide meeting minutes to communicate ideas and goals to all levels of our company.
5. Assist Quality manager to perform continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system
6. Conduct process audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
7. Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data and plan.
8. Instruct training lecture to build quality awareness
9. Prepare periodically Quality reports, and create and maintain company quality documentation, such as ISO quality manuals and procedures.
Requirement
1. Experienced in Quality Assurance Position in a manufacturing environment for 1+ years.
2. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (prefer IE degree, but would accept applicants with other engineering degree)
3. Familiar with Quality Control Tools, such as: DOE, 6 Sigma, QC 7 tools, Elimination of 7 muda (wastes), ECRS analysis, 8D form, 5W1H, poka-yoke design & PFMEA
4. Experienced in Continuous Improvement Activities, such as: PDCA Kaizen, QCC, QIT and DMAIC
5. Strong communication Skills
6. Good at written and spoken English. CET-6 test result over 425 grades.
