Requirements:
1？(4-5 ) Years Working Experience
2？Certificate of Mechanical Training or equivalent is an advantage
3？English preferred but not essential
4？Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly drawings
5？Basic knowledge of mechanical design
6？Knowledge of piping / fittings
7？Able to use hand or simple air tools
8？Able to read English well enough to follow mechanical drawings and data packs
9？Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
10 Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn

Responsibilities:
1？Maintain quality to Eclipse standards
2？Work well within the team structure
3？Use pipe threading machine
4？Use and read measuring devices such as tape measure
5？Read mechanical drawings and recognize the relevant parts
6？Use hand tools and simple air tools
7？Drilling and tapping
8？Read standard prints and bills of material
9？Report inaccurate bill of material to supervisor
10 Report safety violations and concerns immediately to supervisor
11 Follow and maintain 5S in the workplace
12 Familiar with electrical connectors and fittings
13 Recognize problems with drawings before parts are distributed
14 Cut, bend & rout tubing
15 Cut and thread pipe
16 Fully test Valve Trains using the given pressures within the data pack and sign the relevant paperwork as completion of test
17 Comply to piping and safety codes
18 Spot/tack weld (Mig)
19 Weld framework and brackets to Eclipse quality standards
20 Work from start to finish on a complete system totally 100% independently
21 Train lower level technicians when required

12. 熟悉电器连接器和电气配件
13. 根据图纸要求，在零件分发之前检查发现问题
14. 在生产中切割、弯曲及敲打管件
15. 在生产中切割、套丝
16. 根据项目数据表中的压力测试数据表，完整地测试气阀机构，完成测试，并签字确认
17. 遵守管道和安全规范
18. 在生产中点焊、定位焊
19. 根据Eclipse的质量标准，焊接框架和支架
20. 从头至尾独立完成一整个系统
21. 如需要，培训低一级别的装配工
