Requirements:
1？ (1-2) Years Working Experience in a Quality Control area
2？ Associate or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
3？ Oral & Written English communication skills
4？ Ability to work independently with minimal managerial direction
5？ Familiar with quality standards (such as ISO9000) would be an advantage
6？ Knowledge of and experience with ERP or MRP systems
7？ Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
8？ Understanding of thread characteristics
9？ Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages, indicators and bench measurement devices
10？ Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
11？ Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn

Responsibilities:
1？ Perform testing and evaluation to ensure material specifications, quality and standards
2？ Ensure that product modifications are investigated if necessary
3？ Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
4？ Summarize non-conformance, re-work and waste
5？ Maintain ERP system on quality control related aspects
6？ Monitor and maintain gage control and calibration system
7？ Ensure safe and healthy environment by following standards and procedures
8？ Support global purchasing project
9？ Support workshop for urgent shipments
10？ Cross training with other QC staff
11？ Other duties as required
