1.3年以上实验室工作经验,熟悉汽车行业领域的国内或国际标准；
2.大专学历以上，具有汽车或零部件实验室工作经验者优先考虑；
3.有工作热情，做事踏实认真仔细；
4.电脑操作熟练,英文四级及以上,能用英语交流；
5.熟悉大众、通用、福特门锁测试方法；
6.具备良好的团队意识及沟通技巧,有培训工作经验优先;
7.具有较强的耐久、高低温、振动、盐雾测试、强度、马达功能等知识
8.熟悉环境试验箱、盐雾箱、强度试验机、示波器、万用表、绝缘电阻等测试设备
9.熟悉 labview、DAQ 等设备优先
10.熟悉EMC测试优先

职位职责Job Description：
1. 负责实验室新项目的报价，协助ADVP&R的制定，测试进度的管控
2. 负责实验室新项目的报价，协助ADVP&R的制定，测试进度的管控根据项目进度准备测试台架的规划和执行测试;
3. 对实验室新进人员进行设备操作培训及产品测试培训根据工程规范测试产品，填写实验原始记录和实验跟踪记录表,并能写英文测试报告，发布不合格通知单
4. 编写设备操作说明书，明确设备操作方法；编写试验操作流程，明确试验方法；认真执行实验设备、仪器、治具维护保养的工作内容，
5. 对实验室新进人员进行设备操作培训及产品测试培训
6. 编写设备操作说明书，明确设备操作方法；编写试验操作流程，明确试验方法；
7. 增强实验室产品设备及相关电子设备的认识，能够熟练操作相关设备
8. 实验室5S维持,对所负责的产品设备进行定期保养
9. 保证自己作成的测试报告的完整性；对技术员的产品测试进行监督、指导，测试数据进行校对，报告完整性进行审核；
