PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Develop formulations for products in accordance to Company / Customer Product Specifications

2.Provide customer service on matters relating to material performance & troubleshooting

3.Provide product costing to Marketing

4.Specify raw material requirements to Purchasing

5.Establish product specification

6.Transfer Product Formulations

7.Address Customer concerns

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Quality Control of finished products & raw materials

2.Review & revise product formulations for performance cost balance

3.Support Excess and Obselences

4.Lead & co-participate in new product plant trial

5.Coordinate quality-related complaints
