Requirement:

-University degree or above;
-Be familiar with industrial production process and manufacturing technics of production line;
-Good macromolecule material technical background and transferrable skills;
-Good command of both written and oral English;
-Good communication and problem-solving skills;
-Literate in the use of Microsoft Office business programs.


Responsibilities:

-Report to Sr. SCM Manager.
-Streamline the process flow. Develop SOP for in-house production. Set process or equipment parameters and benchmarks. Work with Application Engineering and other technical people to introduce new product production technology.
-Design or delegate equipment and tooling layout, configuration and specifications. Initiate the request on the purchase of replacement parts and tooling. Receive and inspect the incoming equipment, tooling and spare parts.
-Keep good condition of equipment, tooling, etc. Maintain good record of maintenance, reparation, usage, and other required logs. Lead the routine maintenance of equipment.
-Document the blueprints and spare part list for equipment. Develop preventive maintenance plan for equipment and tooling.
-Other responsibilities that are deemed proper by the supervisor.
