工作职责：
1.主动寻找团体客户资源，包含陌生电话等方式
2.负责企业客户的培训需求分析、培训方案设计、培训项目实施
3.对企业客户的英语培训需求做出分析与诊断，制定培训计划与方案
4.通过电话沟通、邮件交流、现场拜访等方式，与企业客户交流和沟通
5.负责企业培训项目的现场实施、效果评估和后期跟踪
6.建立客户档案，客户跟踪与维护
7.建议、策划、组织并实施市场推广活动
8.完成月度、年度销售指标
9.与客户建立良好关系、维护学校形象

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历
2.拥有良好的个人形象气质和修养
3.具有一定的英文基础，普通话标准
4.2年以上销售领域工作经验，且拥有良好的销售业绩；具有优秀的谈判能力及企业客户开拓能力
5.热爱教育事业，对高端培训市场感兴趣；有专业精神和职业操守；能够承受压力
6.熟悉电脑操作、办公软件
7.良好的沟通和协调以及表达能力
8.良好的团队合作精神和内部沟通能力
9.有行业资源者优先考虑

Job responsibilities
1. Seeking corporate training resources. e.g. telephone numbers.
2. Analysing the training needs of corporate clients;designing training programs and implementing training plans.
3. Analysing and diagnosing the English learning needs of the corporate clients; making training plans and schemes.
4. Communicating with corporate clients via telephones,emails and calling on in person etc.
5. Implementing and assessing the corporate training project, as well as carrying out constant follow-ups.
6. Setting up clients files; providing follow-ups and maintenance.
7. Making proposals, planing, organizing and executing marketing and promotional activities.
8. Fullfilling monthly and annual sales targets.
9. Establishing good relationships with the corporate training clients and maintain the good image of the school.

Qualifications
1. Junior college degree or above.
2. With decent physical appearance and well cultured.
3. Ability to use basic English and standard mandrin.
4. 2-year experience in sales, with upstanding sales performance; good ability of negotiating and developing clients base.
5. Full passion for education and high interests in high end training business; solid work attitude and ability to work under pressure.
6. Good computer skills and operation of office softwares.
7. Good communicating and negotiating skills.
8. Good team work spirits and ability to negotiate between departments.
9. Candidates with industry resources preferred.
