职位描述
Title/职位:Purchasing Engineer
Department/部门:Operations
Location/地点:Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, P.R. China
Reports to (Title)/ 汇报对象(职位):Procurement Leader
职位职责：
1. Manage purchasing activities for Non-stock and Capital purchasing in line with procedures.
2. Ensure that all Quality and EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company’s Safety Statement when procuring Non-Stock items.
3. Achieve an excellent internal customer satisfaction.
4. Selection and Approval of Vendors.
5. Maintain metrics to track supplier service level.
6. Represent Purchasing in Production, Facility and Engineering meetings to support timely delivery of service to Operations.
7. Lead and support system and process improvement programs where appropriate.
8. Ensure effective and timely closure on all Corrective Action Requests.
9. Lead key projects within or outside the purchasing function.
10. Fulfill other tasks from direct report.

1. Purchasing experience in manufacturing site;
2. SAP experience.
