Responsibilities
？ Translate legal documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
？ Prepare and review contracts under the supervision of the legal counsels
？ Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandums
？ Follow up with legal administrative procedures such as dealing with MOC, AIC and etc.
？ Manage the archiving of the legal documents


Profile
？ Bachelor’s Degree in law and a major in English would be preferred
？ 4 years of working experience as a paralegal, legal translator or legal secretary in a multinational company or a commercial law firm
？ Fluent in oral and written English (TEM-8 and Advanced Interpretation Certificate would be advantageous)
？ Possesses a high level of initiative and good interpersonal skills
