Basic qualifications for the candidates:

BS in Engineering must have a minimum of 5 years manufacturing supervisor experience;

Skills and ability to plan, control, organize, supervise, lead, solve problem and coordinate;

Knowledge of products, processes/routing and production application;

Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14000 concept, quality management, standards and articles;

Knowledge of EHS and local healthy regulations;

English communication is required.



Key responsibilities of the position :

Verify production planning and monitor production schedule and follow-up;
Establish and maintain the manufacturing related procedure to meet the ISO9001/ISO14000 requirements;

Direct and manage equipment/plant maintenance system, to well implement pre-maintenance activities, reduce machine down time, and support smooth production;

Manage all manufacturing resources and activities to achieve on-time delivery;

Ensure EHS policies, procedures and programs are implemented throughout the whole Org. Develop annually EHS management and follow- up.
