具体要求：

1.Degree in EE or other relevant subject.
2.At least 3 years electronic product design experience including both hardware and software design.
3.Good written and verbal English.

职责描述：

1.Work with the customer to know the test requirements clearly.
2.Know how to create test equipments both the hardware and software to achieve the test requirements accurately and efficiently.
3.Create all documentation for test equipment – construction, operation and maintenance.
4.Implement the equipments into production and hand over to the Production Test staffs.
5.Implement new products onto existing test platforms or testers and significant ECOs.
6.Assist the FA Engineers to do failure analysis for the new products.
7.Work with the Production Test Engineer to eradicate the test shortage and improve the test efficiency.
