该职位为日常班，不需要倒班。

Main Responsibilities:

1.Ensure team to implement ICD call center operation standard strictly, to provide service call answering, case creation, and local CS team coordination.
2.Ensure team to follow up unclosed cases, and do service survey call weekly, meanwhile, to provide service survey feedback report.
3.Ensure team to maintain a completed and accurate client database in Netsuite & Boxnet, involved new project handover, maintenance contract renewal.
4.Ensure team to Create Routine Preventive Maintenance plans on Netsuite either new project handover or maintenance contract renewal.
5.Ensure team to distribute the greeting letter and AMC expiration letter timely and accurately
6.Collect Client Satisfaction Survey feedback monthly.
7.Distribute Routine Preventive Maintenance &CASE implementation statistic report monthly.
8.Improve Call center handbook.
9.Generate more service revenue.
10.Full support other assigned works by Client Support Manager.

Requirements:

1.Above associate's degree.
2.Excellent Call Center Answering Skill and Service Skills.
3.Strong customer service awareness and responsibility.
4.Strong communication and coordination skills.
5.Good communicate orally and written in English.
6.Keep seriousness, carefulness working attitude.
7.Team playing and leading.

8.每月发送日常的例行检查和服务需求执行情况统计报表。
9.不断更新呼叫中心的工作指南。
10.致力于提高更多的服务收入。
11.全力支持客服经理安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1.大专以上学历, 英语、电子、自动化、机电一体化及IT专业者优先。
2.优秀的呼叫中心电话问答技巧和服务技巧。
3.具备很强的客服一是和责任心。
4.具备优秀的沟通和协调技巧。
5.良好的英文听说读写能力。
6.具备认真仔细的工作态度。
7.很好的团队合作者，具备一定的领导技巧。
