Marketing Director/Marketing Manager is responsible for defining the marketing strategy based on market analysis, coordinating the marketing activities and defining market strategy to deliver customer satisfaction and business results.


Responsibilities

? Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing plans – including but not limited to brand, product, media, public relations, promotion strategies, etc.
? Develop a market analysis and understanding based on Marketing, Sales and Customer Demand, Industry Insight, competitive analysis, Service needs and financial simulation
? Work with sales team to execute national promotion plan to further grow and improve the possibility of business
? Organize effective marketing activities to support sales achieve sales target (such as demonstration organization, KA customer tailor made marketing plan, digital marketing, etc.)
? Control and manage promotion activities spending
? Work closely with sales team to keep track on competitors in-market pricing trend and sales analysis of key products

Qualifications

? Bachelor holder, major in Marketing or related commercially focused discipline is preferable
? At least 8 years experience in Food Service/FMCG trade marketing field; Successful in trade promotion experiences, marketing activities execution
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Excellent People Management skills
? High work standards: reliable, responsive and attention to detail
? Good command of computer skills i.e. Windows application
? Good English capability
