职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. As a business partner to the business GM, lay out unit HR plan which aligns with divisional business strategy and execute it to support business GM to achieve business plan (AP and LRP), particularly in the area of key talent recruiting, retaining, assessing / training / developing and rewarding
2. Execute company talent management tools include Performance Management, Talent Review and Development Plan based on business understanding to build up Talent Pipeline to support sustainable growth for both business and organization
3. As champion to build up communication platform and create an positive environment that values company Philosophy, Culture and Value, with company Toolbox mindset
4. Build up / Assess / Update JD (job description) for middle level / key positions in the unit and help the business leaders to assess staff performance against the objectives and JD, and identify the areas of development
5. Identify business and workers strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and develop valid programs to improve manufacturing performance
6. Take one of the following function roles in China Automotive division: Organizational Development; C&B; Recruiting. Following the direction of HRD and work closely with China Corp COE, and peers in the divisional HR teams
7. Being accountable for all HR daily work including (but not limited to) hiring, employee relations, performance management, and related procedures, payroll and salary review, labor contract management, etc. Make sure all HR activities conform to ITW value and standards
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree and above, with familiar HRBP experience is a plus
2. Minimum 8 years related overall HR experience in multi-national company plus at least 5 years at HR Manager‘s role to lead HR team to support business needs
3. Familiar with the manufacturing
4. Solid knowledge in labor law and relevant local law & regulation
5. Good command of both written and spoken English
6. Sufficient experience and well developed communication / presentation skills
