基本要求：
1.计算机相关专业。
2.了解敏捷开发，认可并重视敏捷在项目过程中的地位与作用，擅长使用敏捷的工作方式与客户协同工作。
3.思维敏捷，逻辑能力强。
4.喜爱编程工作，能自我充电提高。
5.个人品行端正，无不良习好。
6.对工作有责任感，能够长期工作。
7. 时间观念强，能够独立完成工作，具有团队合作精神以及良好的开发习惯。
技术要求：
1. 2年以上软件开发经验，至少一年以上手机软件开发经验；
2. 有良好的面向对象的开发习惯,
3. 熟悉并至少在ANDROID 、IOS、WP任意一个平台下有开发经验
4. 有HTML5开发经验
5. 有PhoneGap平台下开发经验者优先
6. 熟悉XHTML/XML/CSS、JavaScript、AJAX等，精通W3C标准，熟悉对象化Javascript编程；
7. 有PHP开发经验者优先；
8. 有较好英文阅读能力者优先（工作中有较多英文文档及资料）；
9、学历不限，有能力者优先。
