5, Ability to work well across multiple business units in the U.S., China, and the U.K.

职位描述:

1, Must build and maintain positive customer relations. Must have the ability to deal with customers with tact in order to maintain a continuing harmonious relationship.
2, Communicate with customer, using telephone, e-mail, and/or fax. Report discrepancies to sales manager. Notifies Sales Manager if the customer fails to respond.
3, May research and respond to customer inquiries regarding status of order, investigate and resolve production, shipping and scheduling problems, informs customer of changes in product availability or deliver schedules.
4, Receives customer purchase order and reviews quote for accuracy to insure original quote meets purchase order requirements.
5, Enter, update, and revise any changes to customer order into enterprise system, i.e. name, address, contact, etc.
6, Communicate and coordinate any changes to customer order, such as “Push outs,” “Pull ins,” or order cancellations, with all involved departments.
7, Sorts and files correspondence.
8, Other duties as may be assigned.

Firth Rixson Aerospace Components (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is Firth Rixson’s first facility in Asia Pacific, headquartered in East Hartford in the United States and Sheffield in Great Britain.Firth Rixson Suzhou’s primary products are rolled seamless rings for use in aircraft engines.
The plant was registered in Export Processing Zone B of the Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2004 with 50,000 square feet green field and investment of US$ 60 million. To meet customer demands, a state of the art seamless rolled ring cell has been installed, consisting of cutoff saws, forging, ring rolling, and heat treatment and machining equipment. Our major business scope almost covers the entire aerospace engine manufacturer in the world, including Honeywell, GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Singapore Aerospace Manufacture, Hamilton Sundstrand.
