具体要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above major in Mechanical or Material Science etc. Prefer advanced degree professional certification;
2. About 3-5 years production management experience in foreign invested mechanical industrial company; experience in heavy industry or machining company will be preferred;
3. Familiar with modern management techniques and concept;
4. Employee development and performance management skills;
5. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment;
6. Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing;
7.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively;
8. Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.

工作职责:
1. Maintain a quality plant that produces quality product and guarantees reliable deliveries to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external customers;
2. Work to fulfill all strategic objectives highlighted in the company strategic plan;
3. Oversee the balance of production capacity in each process units, the reducing of in-process inventory, the arrangement of production manpower and efficiently improvement of production bottle neck to achieve low cost, high quality and short cycle time;
4. To manage an operation that reflects the highest standards of 6S management;
5. To ensure there have periodic maintenance and technical or skill support on production and facilitation equipment in order to trouble shoot mechanical and electrical problems;
6. To set goals for efficiencies and utilization, and continually measure and compare to those goals;
7. To submit and manage to an annual budget, and to ensure that departments are held accountable for their results;
8. Direct to analyze customer forecast and create accurate material forecast;
9. Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with quality requirements to ensure efficient and safe operation in our company;
10. Provides ideas and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures;
11. To manage a work force that is dedicated to customer satisfaction;
12. Other tasks assigned.

Firth Rixson Aerospace Components (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is Firth Rixson’s first facility in Asia Pacific, headquartered in East Hartford in the United States and Sheffield in Great Britain.Firth Rixson Suzhou’s primary products are rolled seamless rings for use in aircraft engines.
The plant was registered in Export Processing Zone B of the Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2004 with 50,000 square feet green field and investment of US$ 60 million. To meet customer demands, a state of the art seamless rolled ring cell has been installed, consisting of cutoff saws, forging, ring rolling, and heat treatment and machining equipment. Our major business scope almost covers the entire aerospace engine manufacturer in the world, including Honeywell, GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Singapore Aerospace Manufacture, Hamilton Sundstrand.
