至少5年动力总成悬置系统方面的工作经验
Minimum 5 years of experience in powertrain mounting system
熟悉动力总成悬置系统的研发过程，熟悉悬置系统的设计
Familiar with the development process of powertrain mounting system. Be familiar with the design of the mountings.

熟悉减震测试和分析的优先考虑
Be familiar with the NVH testing and analysis will be more preferred.

具有管理研发的能力，与本地和国外OEM沟通的能力
Capacity to manage the development and to communicate with the local and the foreign OEMs

熟练运用CAD/CAM软件(最好能熟练运用CATIA与UG软件）
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.(Catia and UG will be perfect)

英语流利
Good skill of english in speak, read and write

职位职责：
与客户交流取得动力总成悬置系统研发的正确的技术信息，在必须输入方面帮助客户
Communicate with the customer to get the right technical information for development of powertrain mounting system /to help the customer on required inputs

参与系统模拟，和客户解释和讨论模拟报告
Involve in the system simulation. Explain/discuss the simulation report with customer

很据标杆信息和客户输入信息设计悬置系统
Design of mounts based on the benchmark information and /or customer input

样品试制，测试与细调
Samples making, testing and fine tuning.

参与减震测试
Involve in the NVH testing at component/system and vehicle level.

向客户解释动力总成系统的战略
Capable of explain PWT mounting system strategy to customer
