职位职责：
1.监督和管理健康安全环保风险
Monitor and coordinate prevention actions for health,safety and environment risks

2.依照ISO14001及哈金森政策的要求来规划及完成安全和环境管理体系
Define and implement an environment and safety management system according to ISO14001 and Hutchinson policy (Safering) in 2007

3.监督和协调哈金森健康安全环境政策
Monitor and communicate on HIRP policy for HSE

4.贯彻执行国家的安全环保法律法规及相关的要求
Perform regulation watch, interpret regulation texts, implement the necessary actions to stand with the legal and other demands

5.依照质量管理体系的要求来规划和实施健康安全环保管理程序
Plan and coordinate implementation of HSE procedures in accordance with quality system

6.提出HSE持续改进的目标和实施计划
Define and suggest goals and action plan for HSE continuous inprovement

7.激发员工安全环保意识，降低生产风险
Develop our employees implication for struggling against risk situations

8.激励员工提出HSE改善建议
Develop our employees HSE suggestions

9.负责协调政府相关机构的关系
Responsible for administrative relation with offical organizations

10.为公司管理高层的HSE状况和改进计划提供意见
Give feedback to top management about implemented system(for evaluation and improvement)

11.为公司HSE人员创造良好关系
Create good relationship with Hutchinson HSE people

12.监督和协调相关财产安全管理行为
Monitor and coordinate security actions

13.负责警卫管理
