Basic Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related science with minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Master degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related science with minimum of 1 years of related experience.
- About 2 years working experience in immunoassay technologies.
- About 1 years working experience in Cell culture.
- Familiar with ISO 13485 and GMP.
- Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin), with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary group.
- Logical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Background in laboratory experience (research, industrial or clinical).
- Experience working with Flow Cytometry is a plus.

Job Description

- Responsible for BDB product release testing, data acquisition and analysis, retesting, scrap.
- Responsible for cell bank maintenance, related equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Work in product transfer activities within knowledge transfer, lab setup, document transfer, validation, etc.
- Engage in the critical raw materials qualification and troubleshooting activities in support to manufacturing operations.

- Work closely with manufacturing team to promote efficiency, verification and implementation of solutions and control processing to achieve product and process conformance.
- Performs any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality procedure.
