Basic Requirement

Education
- Bachelor degree above, major in pharmacy, biological engineering, or chemical engineering, etc.
Skill / Knowledge / Abilities
- Minimum 3 years experience in large size manufacturing plant,5 years experience or above in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant for medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Strong manufacturing engineering background.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willing to drive changes.
- Lean Manufacturing concept.
- Good knowledge on GMP and ISO13485.
- Good communication skill.
- Good English and computer skill.
- Manage work in timely manner.

Job Description

- Perform manufacturing process study, design and develop effective manufacturing process with high quality.
- Perform process validation; write validation protocols and validation reports.
- Create manufacturing SOPs and Working Instructions.
- Implement operational procedures in accordance to good manufacturing practices.
- Trouble shooting on manufacturing and quality issues.
- Provide training to the manufacturing personnel.
- Drive Continuous Improvement on manufacturing operations.
- Maintain manufacturing record per GMP regulations.
- Being deputy of manufacturing supervisor when necessary.
- Performs any other task(s) as assigned, or defined in related quality procedure.
