Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责

1) On daily and monthly bases, update routine sales, marketing and
distribution monitoring reports on scheduled time for business
departments

2) Refine report working process and structure. On business
department’s requests, clearly understand users’ requests and design new
reports accordingly.

3) Sales force reporting system account management

Key Qualities Required 技能要求

1) Languages: Oral English fluent, basic business English writing required

2) Specific and General Skills:

1. Excel

a) Pivot table and chart

b) V/H Lookup Function

c) Link to external data source

d) Table and cell Formatting, including filling color, border, font, etc.

e) Conditional Formatting, set formula to decide table formats

f) Marco creation and modification

2. Access

a) Usages of all kinds of query, including create, modify query

b) Link, import and export data to Excel

c) Basic functions in Access

3. Business common sense

a) Understand basic business operation concepts, for example wholesaler, dealer, sales target, seasonality etc.

4. Communication Skills: Able to communicate with RSMs, ASMs, and other department heads clearly and efficiently
