职位描述
? For pre-sourcing activities:
o Support radar business development manager in pursuing new business.
? For sourced business:
o Support global radar PTL to implement radar technology into customer project.
? Feature Engineering.
o Apply comprehensive system approach to address issues related to the final application performance.
o Provide direct technical assistance to feature engineers for sensor installation, performance validation, field data collection, and system upgrade.
? Product Application Engineering.
o Lead the engineering teams (SW, HW and Feature engineering, Mechanical) and drive all technical related activities in radar applications.
o In charge of preparation of and conducting customer required design review. Provide all technical feedbacks to the design teams in the core design centers.
o Work closely with the radar experts in compliance of the sensors to RF regulations.
? Market and Competition Analysis:
o Identify the right products for the right customer in the right place.
o Competition benchmarking as identified
? Testing capability development:
o Identify, plan, and build the locally testing capabilities.
EDUCATION:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred,
REQUIREMENTS:
? Language requirements: Chinese - mother tongue. English – fluent
? Strong background in the design, manufacture and/or testing of automotive safety products. Must have the ability to apply advanced engineering principles, theories, and concepts in the development of automotive safety systems.
? Knowledge in radar s/w, h/w and applications is required.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Highly organized with the ability to motivate team members.
? Committed to thorough processes; results oriented; excellence in customer relation; and working integrity.
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
? Adapted to work with EU/US time zone whenever needed.
Position Level:
? Target is P1 but M3 is possible depending on experience
