Job Responsibilities
The Company Compression Technology Team is seeking an experienced manager to lead the development team.
This position will manage an engineering team of 8-12 highly skilled engineers that are focused on developing advanced analytical tools and new compressor platforms that will position the company with the most competitive compressor solutions in the industry for critical applications.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop and Manage a team of 8-12 highly skilled engineers.
2) Lead the development of critical skill sets to enhance our global compressor development capabilities - working in as a complementary unit of our Syracuse, NY based design center.
3) Lead the development of new compressor development activities that are aligned with strategic objectives and organizational capabilities.
4) Provide technical assistance to the Yileng compressor product engineering team.
Education
Master of Science in Engineering minimum requirement.
Experience/Qualifications
Candidates must have achieved at least a Master'Degree in Mechanical Engineering and must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of compressors, engines, or similar mechanisms.
Candidates must also be fluent in both English and Chinese, and have a track record of effective leadership. Experience working with a large multinational corporation preferred, but not essential.
