职位描述
Purpose & Scope:
· Management of the Quality System in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 norm requirements
· Assurance of the required quality level in the Operation area
Accountable for:
· Planning and management of the activities related to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of
processes and documentation in the area of Quality Management System (QMS)
· Management of QMS documentation
· Organization of the schedule for internal audits and monitoring the realization.
· Analysis of the customer complaints management process – preparation of reports.
· Management of the corrective and preventive actions.
· Audits by suppliers (in cooperation with the Logistic Department)
· Preparation of visualization of the Quality System.
· Training for the employee concerning the Quality System.
· Presentation of reports on the management quality system, in order to define the improvement action
· Representing the company PL in relationships with the external companies in the area of QMS
(customer audits, certification company audits).
· Applying of the AQL rules (ISO 2859-1 “Sampling procedures for inspection by attributes – Part 1: Sampling schemes indexed by acceptance quality limit (AQL) for lot-by-lot inspection”.)
· Random inspection of samples taken from the quality batches (production and warehouse).
· Preparation and storage of inspection records.
· Releasing of the quality control batches.
· Blocking of the nonconforming quality control bathes.
· Cooperation with the Shift Manager in case of the nonconforming pieces identified during the inspection.
· Training for the employee concerning the Quality Control in Operations.
· Analysis of the quality inspection records and starting the corrective and preventive actions.
· Supporting the Production and Sales Team in the communication with the customer concerning the quality control process.
· Leading of the quality control team.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
· University education
· Min 3-4 years experience as Quality Manager in Quality Systems and Quality Control Department in production
company
· English - fluent
