POSITION SUMMARY


Analysis engineer is a key delivery role. He/she will report to the regional manager for engineering services in

China.The position's charter is to perform project based analysis on customers products which will range from heavy equipment to consumer products. The Analysis Engineer will ultimately deliver the following services:


Computational Fluid Dynamics:
Engine and air flow lube and oil component.
Under Hood Air Flow and Heat Transfer CFD.
Rotating Machinery Simulation.
Truck Body CFD Simulation.
Multi-Phase & Multi-Species Simulation


Software proficiency required will be in the following tools:
FLUENT
Hypermesh
Star CD



POSITION PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:


The China Analysis Engineer will be required to help clients create an Analysis Practice.

Location will most likely be with our clients' design teams.

You will grow both our internal as well as our clients Analysis Team capabilities.

Growing our presence and capabilities will be a primary objective.

Our North American team of Analysis Engineers can be leveraged for subject matter expertise,

however we hope to avoid having our western resources traveling to support new China based clients.


SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES DESIRED:


Strong engineering Industry and Technology services/solutions background, specifically in CFD,

with a successful track record of delivery excellence.
Ability to lead an analysis project with minimal direction.
Entrepreneurial, creative thought leader, well respected and well plugged into the analysis community.
Executive presence and communications - strong listener, public speaker and presenter.
Client and vendor relationship building skills - can build trust and respect.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS DESIRED:


Peoples Republic of China Citizenship.
10+ years of Engineering experience.
Engineering degree.
Excellent English communication skills.
