采购工程师（1名）

- Commodity sourcing responsibility. With the sourcing strategy to develop the competitive suppliers
- To manage the supplier's relationship, solve the quality, delivery, cost problem and service
- To achieve annual cost reduction objectives: ensure appropriate detailed cost analysis and negotiations are

performed to achieve best value
- To prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals, and suppliers agreements for legal correctness, price,

and acceptability of items to specifications.
- To perform supplier capacity and facilities reviews to determine their eligibility to supply and establish

actions as appropriate to eliminate them
- To make the purchasing plan timely and coordinate with internal team to ensure the purchasing plan is

properly implemented.
- To be able to work flexible hours when required to complete tasks.

Requirements:
-College degree with major in Mechanical, material education background or equivalent Desirable course work
-Minimum of 3 years’ relative experience in automobile domain
-Proficient in print reading and interpretation and part measurement
-Excellent oral and written English is a must
-Demonstrated ability to investigate quality problems and to apply sound technical judgment to develop

possible solutions
-Project management concept and skills
