Job Title: Sales Manager, based in Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibilities of sales and market development to integrate with strong technical supporting in China by creatively working on excellent services to OEMs
• Strong bargaining power with risk taking based on a smart strategy
• Analyze customer base and potentials for companies’ product portfolio
• Communicate and negotiate with OEMs and Tier 1 customers about technical and commercial issues, understand customer specific requirements
• Drive and preform sales and project management with strong cross-functional coordination ability
• Investigate Chinese market and competition landscape; establish a growth oriented sales and marketing strategy
• Interface and cooperate with group’s current and future production facilities in China and overseas
• Closely cooperate with headquarters in particular with company’s global sales, marketing
• Initiate new product development according to customer’s requirements if needed
• Work with headquarters to set up, develop and implement China sales & marketing plans in line with the corporate goal
• Manage and support direct sales force to execute sale plan; Monitor and report sales result on a regular basis
• Develop specific niche market or product or customer’s potential demand into a business plan
• Direct reporting to GM China and dort-lined report to sales director in headquarter

Qualifications:

• Rich marketing, product management and/or field sales experience in chemical, automobile industries with proven successful track record
• Knowledge of automotive market, project management
• Strong leadership character and a keen team player with creative & logical thinking
• Customer oriented, strong commercial awareness
• Good in English both written and spoken
• Effective and flexible management skills
• Good negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skill
• Enthusiastic and result oriented
• Self-motivated, goal and success driven
• Capable to work under pressure
