Responsibilities:

？ Lead a consistent and controlled Strategic Planning function to support Group CEO in development of mid-to-long term strategies of whole group

？ Definition and implementation of the overall strategic framework

？ Business/ information analysis & documentation preparation

？ Propose and recommend proper ideas and suggestions to drive business preference

？ Develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives based on industry/market /competitor research & analysis

？ Lead & coordinate cross-functional team for important business projects

？ Project management, to keep projects well-organized, on track and move forward smoothly

？ Review completed tasks; Organize and support other important business events

？ Report and perform other tasks assigned by CEO

Qualifications:

？ University degree or above, oversea study is a plus

？ Years’ working experience in strategy development related

？ M&A experience/engineering background is a plus

？ Experienced in top management executive assistant

？ Business sense, good at information collection and documentation preparation

？ Strong communication & organizational skills

？ Strategic thinking & planning, good analytical & evaluation

？ Fluent in English and Mandarin

？ Good team player; willing to change
