Principal Accountabilities

工作职责：

Perform on daily AR clearance, timely and accurately.

准确，及时地完成应收账款的核销。

Perform on the AR collection, coordinate with 3 branch accountants for collection & overall management, and make sure to achieve the DSO budget.

Assist on RMA daily handling; make sure CS and logistics strictly follow the process.

协调分公司会计人员共同管理催收应收账款，以实现预算目标。并且协助客服及开票会计完成退货流程。

Perform on AR monthly closing, prepare for all sales and AR reports

完成应收账款月度报表。

Be responsible for monthly discount random check.

负责检查月度销售折让。

Assist GL on SH overhead re-class report for monthly closing.

协助总帐会计月末会计调整。

Relevant AR document filing.

完成应收帐款相关文件的管理装订。

Support & assist Credit controller in month end process and ensure that month end timetable is followed and all deadlines are met. Ensure that all month end rollover processes are performed.

协助信控经理完成当月相关报告及流程。

Fill in for other team members leave absences. And assist all other members of the finance department in the performance of their duties to ensure that department objectives are achieved.

能够支持其他成员的工作。

Skills, Know How and experience

Bachelor degree.

Majored in accounting or finance with over 2 years traceable experiences as accountant in a foreign invested company, with AR experience is must, Credit control experience is a plus

财务专业，2年以上外企应收账款工作经验，.有信控经验的候选人会优先考虑。

Have experience of operating ERP (Epicor is a plus)

有ERP系统经验.

Openness, integrity, team spirit and time manage

性格开朗，诚实，有团队精神和时间观念。

Excellent interpersonal skills and like team work

有丰富的沟通技巧，能够团队合作。

Be the driven force, as you know how to take initiatives and like to take responsibilities.

对待工作能采取主动的态度并勇于承担责任。

Good at English is a plus.
