MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Recruiting

¨To develop the diversity of channels of recruiting.

¨Recruiting and selecting qualificated candidates and insuring all the recruiting activities can be completed with high quality and speed.

2. Training

¨Making the annual training plan and implement the training plan accordingly.

¨Organizing the orientation training and keeping all training records effectively.

¨To develop variety of effective training channels to make sure the overall level of the employees can be developed.

3. C&B

¨To insure the salary of employees can be distributed in time.

¨Maintenace the HRM system regually.

¨Managing the attendance system.

¨Managing the benefits of employees.

4. Performance Assesment

¨ Implement the annual performance assesment.

¨ Assisting HR supervisor to optimize the performance assesment system.

¨ Assisting HR supervisor to accomplish carreer development planing of employees.

5. Labor Relationship

¨To implement the employee handbook and HR policies effectively.

¨Dealling with labor disputes when it happens.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree and major in HR or other management.

2. More than three years working experience of HR.

3. Good communication skill and positive working attitude.

4. Excellent in computer especially in EXCEL and PPT.

5. Be good at English writing and reading.

6. A good consious in social relation and team work.

7. A godd consious in excution.

8. Be familar with the labor law and the poliy of HR.

9. Comply with corporate culture.
