Key responsibilities

· Manage business sales data for routine reports and assist management report

· Administrate master data to support system operation

· Track and analyze the company performance and report to management

· Analyze sales, expense and/or profitability for China as required by top management

· Review and reconcile data in various internal system

· Review the implementation of sales process and policy to ensure consistency

· Be user expert for CRM system and understand the interface with other systems

· Provide CRM training, answer CRM related process questions and coordinate to resolve the problems

· Manage the sales and marketing activities by using the data from CRM

· Regularly report extraction from CRM system to relevant departments and find out pre-sales and after-sales enquiries

· Improve the current process, like business process and CRM user process

· Support other ad-hoc assignments as required, like marketing.

Skills required

· Ability to work with numbers and data

· Strong skills on data mining and data analysis

· Analytical mind which is able to process information logically and striving for data integrity

· Knowledge of business operation and good business acumen

· Good understanding of business pipeline and its influence to the sales result

· Good command of MS office software application, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

· Excellent networking and interpersonal skills

· A result-oriented approach, positive thinking and good teamwork spirit

· Work proactively, highly organized and self-motivated

· Strong ability of adapting to various working situation

Education and working experience

· Bachelor degree in business studies and related disciplines

· At least 2-year relevant experience in multinationals

· Experience in CRM system

· Experience in build pivot table

· Knowledge in Visual Basic will be a plus
