Report to: Finance Controller


Job Responsibilities:

? Lead Finance and Credit Control Team in Beijing (i.e. 20 staff) and Shanghai (i.e. 10 staff) to manage daily finance and credit control operations including financial & management reporting, analysis, budgeting, credit facilities and bank reconciliation functions.
? Responsible for respective financial control, audit and compliance issues
? Ensure the compliance of respective Group Finance and Credit Control Policies and Procedures
? Suggest and design improvements in workflow process where applicable


Key Requirements:

? Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
? sufficient finance experience preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry in which at least 3 years at managerial level
? Experience to China operations is a must
? Strong commercial acumen with good knowledge of HK and China accounting and taxation regulations / standards
? Good numeric sense, analytical and presentation skills
? Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of speaking and writing in English and Chinese
? Frequent travel to Shanghai is required
