Job Responsibilities

- Efficiently manage warehouse employees

- Create & optimize the organization of the company’s 3 warehouses while guaranteeing their safety

- Report & provide insights on the warehouse situation at any time to Top Management through established & complete reports including the warehouses’ maps, content & quantity, stock-in / stock-out activities, pallets’ cycle time, etc.

- Organize the real-time daily update of the warehouses’ situation in the company’s internal ERP system (YongYou U8)

- Modernizing & automatize the current warehouse by defining a warehouse strategy to be carried out by using bar code or RFID technologies.

Job Requirements

- Expert in Warehousing Management: 10 years experience

- Strong people management & leadership skills

- Strong IT / ERP knowledge / databases / Excel

- Solid sense of professional ethics, team spirit, problem solving, decision-making, autonomy & responsibility

- Able to work efficiently under great pressure

- High command of oral & written English is a must

- Good spoken & written communication skills

- Forklift driving license.
