Responsibilities:

1. Possesses good Mechanical engineering/designing experience and is able to manage different design projects of varying scope from draft to the installation.
2. Technically lead project during whole product life circle;
3. Have the capacity to do the preliminary design, to organize the task, to work on 3D software
4 Analyse technical problems and designs & implements solutions; Solving technical problems related to assets newly delivered
5 Write specifications such as design, specification, installation manual;
6 Work together with Quality, sourcing teams to complete the projects;
7 Will have the responsibility to lead the Design Department under the technical field

Requirements:

1 Bachelor's Degree or over, major in mechanical design manufacturing;
2 More than 15 years experience in mechanical design or related industry; Experience in Automotive or Railway is plus
3 Experiences in Mechanical engineering project: Area of Special Machine tool, integrate some electronic equipments, integrate the electrical equipment, familiar with different raw materials, such as steel/stain less steel/aluminum/metal sheet/plastic/composite etc.
4 Good design experience in mechanical products
5 Have experience to calculate and pre-size the furniture
6 Good quality control and cost control in mechanical projects
7 Have good knowledge of project cycle.
8 Good command of oral & written English (including technical vocabulary) to communicate with different subsidiaries
9 Familiar with the software of PRO/E, Auto CAD
10 Possess of team-work skills, analytical ability, fact-oriented, fast learning and problem solving, personality with a strong sense for responsibility, proactive, strong communication skill
