①见回りポトロール、始业前の点検管理、安全会议の実施など日常安全管理及びグループ会社间の安全活动に关する交流
②设备？作业のリスクアセスメント、KY活动、ヒヤリハット
●质量管理
①受入れ时検査の実施
②见回りによる加工质量チェック
③クレーム时の対応（原因追及と対策立案）
④受入れ検査の実施
⑤质量検査体制の构筑、日本の制造部、技术部との打ち合わせよる改善
●方针管理
①日常管理：日々の生产管理、纳期调整など
②合理化効率化计画の立案：副资材品の购入と相见积もりの彻底
③ISOの推进：ISO会议と主催し、运用を推荐する
④稼働率の管理と报告
⑤マシンメンテナンス　マシンメンテナンスを行うときの中国侧の窓口となり、中国メーカーや埼玉工场との折冲を行う
⑥设备购入の提案、现场の人员配置などに关する提案

职位要求：
①　本科
②　留学経験または日本での仕事経験があり
③　现场管理経験5年以上
④　工场管理、ISO、质量管理経験
