? JOB SKILLS:
- Pilot projects and studies, in his area of expertise
- Advise the Market Managers and the Sales Director and the Management, actions and means to be put in place within his area of expertise
- Detect any dysfunctions and abnormalities, suggest and formalize solutions that are in adequation with the objectives set and the means available
- Communicate / negotiate and convince his different interlocutors / suppliers and internal customers (budgets, projects, evolution of systems, resources…)
- Work in a team
- To be autonomous in English in oral communication and the comprehension and writing of work documents
- Master commercial negotiation
- Analyze the sales results and with the approval of the Market Managers and Sales Director decide on the corrective measures to be taken in correlation with the sales objectives
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts for the products in the range (price / volume, terms and conditions of sale) with the approval of the Market Managers and Sales Director
- Elaborate and write a personalized sales offer, build a tailor made offer and respond to a tender.
- Create a network with customer loyalty…
- Have working knowledge in commercial law
- Have working knowledge in chemistry and materials linked to the products
? Responsibilities : Main tasks
- Organise, co-ordinate, manage and control his area’s activity so as to optimize the results
- Analyse the results and take necessary corrective measures in conjunction with the Market Managers
- Negotiate with the customers; for key accounts, in conjunction with the Market Managers
- Ensure the representation and the presentation of products to achieve the sale of the Company’s products within his area
- Carry out customer follow up
- Endeavour to increase the market share with existing customers
- Prospect and develop new customers in different markets
- Mediatise information concerning the customers, the company and quality
- Write up visit reports following visits and report back to the Market Managers
- Carry out trials on customers’ sites
- Write study requests
- Establish sales offers conform to the company’s pricing policy
- Collect and forward customer complaints to the sales Administration for retransmission to the Quality Manager
- Monitors the competition in the sector and reports to the Sales Director

- Follows sales statistics
- Ensures that contracts are reviewed systematically
- Assures the price is controlled
