区域成本分析主管Zone Expenses Analysis Supervisor


岗位职责:
1. 成本控制(包括销售,当地市场部和运营部门)
1) 跟踪实际发生费用与预算,确定两者的一致
2) 控制每个地区和每个市场品牌部门费用的申请和实际发生,与业务运营专员合作制作月度报表并提交给相关部门
2. 预算优化
1) 与总部FA部门合作出财务计划,销售业绩和费用预算,以及区域趋势走势
2) 通过区域分布分析,制作出区域业绩指标和行动方案
3) 建议财务KPI和运营操作业绩
4) 评估业务项目支出的有效性
5) BU固定资产的管理
6) 定期与总部和财务部门的沟通
7) 其他上级领导分配的工作内容


岗位要求:
1. 良好的沟通能力,较强的学习能力,数字敏感
2. 大学本科学历,数学/统计学/财务管理专业优先
3. 3-4年以上相关工作经验,英文听说读写良好
4. 熟练操作Microsoft办公室操作系统,特别是excel的操作
5. 工作态度积极、主动、责任性强,并能承受工作压力



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Budget Control (including selling, local MKT AP and OP ) at Zone level:
1) Track the discrepancy of actual expenses vs. budget regularly, closely work with business operation specialist to make sure expense application is aligned with monthly budget on “e-Expense Approval”
2) Budget control for application&actual expense for each area & each MKT brand team within Zone, coordinate with business operation specialist to work out monthly accrual list and submit to HQ FA
2. Budget optimization (including selling, local MKT AP and OP ) at Zone level
1) Coordinate with HQ FA for financial planning, sales revenue and expenses budgeting, tendency and trend forecasts at zone level
2) Closly monilor area performance via area contribution analysis,productivity analysis, ROI report, make timely recommendation for corrective actions (e.g. WHERE and HOW to invest or devest respectively);
3) Recommend benchmarks or KPIs for measuring financial and operating performance at zone level
4) Evaluate the business project expenses viabilities (like BU Yearly Meeting expense allocation) and ad hoc project upon requests;
3. BU capital assets management
4. Regular communcation with HQ/Finance team for budget control at zone level
5. Other duties as assigned by line manager.


JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good interpersonal skills, good listener, good convincing capability, ability to align buy-in and support
2. Sensitive to numbers, assertive in follow-up/drill down the details in case of ambiguity
3. Proactive, good sense of responsibility ( deliver good advice and comments, but not just taks)
4. Good in Microsoft office (Excel, PPT & word)
5. English level: Verbal 3, Writing 4 (5 is highest) or above
6. Education: Bachelor degree, major in mathematics,statistics,finance or accounting is must
7. Experience & knowledge: 3-4 yeas working experience in MNC, auditing or Finance background is required
8. Core competencies: Self-motivated, good learner, professional and willing to work hard under pressure and fast moving requirements
