岗位职责：

1.协助片区负责人工作，根据工作计划具体落实和推进车险核赔相关工作；
2.负责制定和实施车险理赔管理规章制度，完善车险理赔工作流程，落实监管部门相关管理规定；
3.负责协助片区经理对全系统车险理赔人员进行管理、培训、考核；
4.负责指导和协助二级机构理赔部处理重大、疑难、特殊车险理赔案件；
5.负责权限范围内的车险赔案审批，及超权限赔案的审核提交
6.负责车险理赔日常分析工作，为承保提供风险分析依据；

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，保险、汽车、法律等相关专业，条件特别优秀的可适当放宽。
2、相关领域工作经验，3年以上保险行业相关岗位工作经验。
3、年龄在30周岁以下、北京市户口、有驾照优先；
4、熟练使用办公软件
