业务支持专员Business Operation Specialist
岗位职责:
1. 月度支出费用审核
1) 基础数据的收集、匹配、核对,并确保数据的准确性
2) 与EO合作做好当地市场活动费用的收集,查证和审计并做好记录跟踪
3) 跟踪数据的准确性,确保支出和预算的一致性
4) 定期与销售和财务部门就支出费用审核沟通
5) 与领导紧密沟通实际发生费用数据
6) 部门安排的其他工作
2. 寻找潜在数据中的风险
1) 根据公司的政策和需求,识别费用中的疑问并与相关人员及管理层保持沟通
2) 根据公司的政策和需求,与总部业务运营管理层紧密合作建立当地操作系统和流程
3) 参加公司SOP培训,并做出理解。帮助总部业务运营管理层建立在当地的顺利实施
4) 部门安排的其他工作
岗位要求:
1. 良好的沟通能力,较强的学习能力,数字敏感
2. 大学本科学历,数学/统计学/财务管理专业优先
3. 1-2年以上相关工作经验
4. 熟练操作Microsoft办公室操作系统,特别是excel的操作
5. 工作态度积极、主动、责任性强,并能承受工作压力
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Monthly expenses report checking
1) Collect, verify, audit and keep records on regional expenses repot ( Selling AP & OP)
2) Coorperate with EO for collect, verify and audit on local MKT expenses for local promotional activities and keep records on expenses
3) Track the discrepancy of actual expenses vs. budget regularly, make sure expense application is aligned with monthly budget on “e-Expense Approval”
4) BU regular communcation with sales team/accounting team for expense report checking
5) Closely coordinate with Zone Expenses Supervisor for monthly accrual list
2. Key finding on protential risk:
1) Identify the risk from expenses report and report to management, ensure to compliant with company’s requirement
2) Closely work with HQ business operation mgr. to establish the regional compliance system and processes to compliant with company’s requirement
3)Training for the local team of related SOP of company, understand and buy-in and help HQ Business Operation Mgr. to embed strong compliance culture in the region.
4) Other tasks assigned by line manager.


JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good interpersonal skills, good listener, good convincing capability, ability to align buy-in and support
2. Sensitive to numbers, assertive in follow-up/drill down the details in case of ambiguity
3. Proactive, good sense of responsibility ( deliver good advice and comments, but not just task)
4. Good in Microsoft office (Excel, PPT & word)
5. English level: Verbal 3, Writing 4 (5 is highest) or above
6. Education: Bachelor degree, major in mathematics,statistics,finance or accounting is must
7. Experience & knowledge: 1-2 yeas related working experience in MNC, auditing or Finance background is must
8. Core competencies: Self-motivated, good learner, professional and willing to work hard under pressure and fast moving requirements
