职位描述
Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 目标:
Represent of customer and ensure customer requirement fulfilment at
AT&S Chongqing
Interface between AT&S and Yucca for quality/metrology/yield/YIP related issues
Ensure plant commitment to meet customer specific requirement on
quality/metrology/yield/YIP/reliability
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
Ensure achievement of quantified yearly targets
Represent, promote and driving customer requirements(Quality methodology,
metrology development methodology and problem solving methodology as well
as continuous improvement process ) within the plant organisation
Represent AT&S Chongqing to the customers all quality related aspects (audits,
complaints, support requests like technology qualification, NDB,YIP, etc.)
Monitor conformance with customer requirement (Specifications, BKMs and other
know-how) throughout the factory and initiate all necessary actions to prevent
nonconformities of products, processes and quality operation system(QOS)
3 rd decision about block/release/rework/scrap in case of potential product
deviations
Customer reporting, ensure customer requirement be implemented and share
report with customer
Other Job assignment from superior
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
Leadership, motivation and encouragement of quality service team,
Set priorities and assure execution of commitments
Define necessary infrastructure in terms of equipment and staff
Provide for training of people
Allocate human resources and funds
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
Sound technical background and education (Bachelor + )
Track record in a related industry (substrate/semiconductor)
Be on top with all quality standards (ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent English
Positive and strong personality with open communication
Stress resistant
Willingness to make a difference to the organization
Curiosity and outstanding decision-making capabilities
Willingness to jointly assume responsibility
