Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:
In initial start-up phase of China Design Center (project/start-up phase)
1)Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
2)Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
3)Support business modeling for new established China Design Center
4)Develop financial and tax strategies together with specialized departments within Fresenius Medical Care (also after start-up phase)
5)Manage the capital request and budgeting process (also after start-up phase)
6)Implement SAP FI/CO with Fresenius shared service center China for new legal entity China Design Center
7)Setup and implement Finance, Accounting, Purchasing & Controlling system and processes in new legal entity for China Design Center
8)Coordinate all commercial services partly by service level agreements with different departments/functions (e.g. accounting, HR payroll etc.) in the region Asia Pacific
9)Support project team in all finance and controlling topics.

After start-up phase of China Design Center (operating phase)
1)Financial Management of a separate legal entity China Design Center as Controller
2)Manage the controlling, accounting, legal, tax and treasury functions mainly contracted by service level agreements for commercial services received from shared service centers in the region Asia Pacific
3)Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year end close
4)Leads the compilation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials and functional expense reporting as well as R&D project cost reporting and further R&D specific KPIs
5)Responsible for Annual Plan (Budget), forecasts and Latest Estimate (LE) processes: Proactive involvement in the budgeting and planning process for capital spend, headcount and OPEX planning and for implementing appropriate review processes
6)Performs ad-hoc business analysis and conducts comprehensive financial analyses and uses results to provide visibility/input to management e.g. NPV modelling for new product developments.
7)Provide financial analysis to support tactical and strategic decision making - e.g. input to business cases, cost analysis, what if scenarios, etc. as stipulated by the needs of the R&D business
8)Supports R&D Management, Cost Center Manager and Project Manager in all Controlling/Accounting activities/questions
9)Works closely with Global R&D Controlling as well as Asia Pacific regional finance management and Corporate Accounting & Consolidation
10)Accountable for ensuring the R&D team has effective business processes.
11)Create financial presentations for R&D Management, Management Board, and others as necessary
12)Manage cash flow of legal entity
13)Manage external funding
14)Manage revenues for engineering services performed for e.g. Production, other R&D legal entities or revenues from license fees based on IP developed by the China Design Center

Qualifications任职资格:
1) MBA or other advanced degree in Accounting and Finance
2)10+ years of relevant experience in a Finance & Controlling role
3)Strong accounting knowledge is required
4)In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO is required
5)Advanced Excel, database and PowerPoint skills required
6)Advanced knowledge of Controlling, R&D Controlling and Project Management & Controlling is required
7)Structured and systematic working approach required
8)Significant managerial experience involving coordination of financial planning processes such as strategic plan, budgets and forecasts required
9)Excellent organizational and coordination skills are required
10)Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills are required
11)Experience in medical technology, biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus
12)Experience in multi-national organization a plus
13)Strategic thinker and functional business partner
14)Experience working with upper management
15)Ability to interpret complex data
