Duties:
Compensation & Benefit
1. Administrate compensation program, Payroll administration.
2. Responsible to maintain HRMS, coordinate with outsourcing company to ensure correct and in time monthly payroll.
3. Insurance handling for all employees, including Provident Fund and Medial Insurance.
4. Assist HR Manager for Benchmark Survey like Mercer, Hewitt etc
Hiring & Training
1. Draft & Update JD by discussion with related supervisors & managers to make sure recruitment effectiveness
2. Carry out professional and timely recruiting process, such as position post, resume filter, interview, test, reference check etc
3. Set up and maintain talent database for future use
4. Coordinate with outsourcing companies for recruitment for entry level positions
5. Implement training based on yearly training plan; maintain and update all training record;
6. Track training programs/courses effectiveness on time;
7. Conduct orientation training for all new employees, and keep corresponding training record,
8. Coordinate external or internal training events, discuss course content with trainer prior to ensure training effectiveness ;

Requirements:
1.Education background: college or university in HR management or related major
2.at least 5 years experiences in HR functions including Recruitment and Training, management role in an international manufacturing company
3.good communication skill in English (oral and written)
4.proficient computer skill (Microsoft office)
5.Familiar with labor laws and regulations and policies
6.Integrity and team spirit
7.High sense of responsibility and accountability
