Job Profile
- Confirm on board with carriers;
- Create house bill of lading in Global System
- Issue pre-alert and manifest with necessary docs to overseas agents/colleagues;
- Enter all charges and profit shares in Global System
- Upload all shpg info with necessary docs to FM
- Close file, pass invoices and credit memos
- Post information on system
- Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone
- Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality routines
- Assure timely billing as per company policy
- Maintain good relationship with supplier, and local agents


Requirement
- 1-3 years relevant working experience.
- Familiar with and well able to work within the export process
- Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
- Knows risk and insurance terms
- Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies
- Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
- Good communication skills
- Financial awareness
- Able to manage own working time effectively
- Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them!
- Local language and English
