Job Summary
?Lead a team of engineers in Electrical, Mechanical and Software in product development activities.
?Organize team in development roadmaps, test/system improvement and product issue resolution.
?Work with product lead to ensure product specification and compliance requirements are met.
?Participate as a technical team member in product design and development activities.
?Working with all stake holders; e.g. factory and suppliers to launch the product successfully

Key Responsibility
?Have total P&L responsibility of the project
?Have total responsibility of the budget, resources, project and engineering management of the team
?All internal and external tactical project related issues will be addressed and stop at this level
?Key contract for all cross functional stake holders
?Customer relationship management is an important part of this position
?Continue to delight the customer to ensure the sustainability of the team and the business.

Requirement
1. At least 5 years of solid product design experience of wireless product.
2. Excellent Project Management skills, PMP certified preferred.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good command of English skills.
