Responsibilities 工作职责

·To explore and maintain valuation business clientele to achieve the annual business target

·To in-charge and co-ordinate with valuation professionals in execution of valuation assignments, market research and other property advisory works in Shanghai and China

·To conduct site inspections, either in Shanghai or in other cities

·To prepare draft tender documents

·To manage clients’ relationship

·To work independently, assist director/senior managers on various valuation business assignments

Requirements 工作要求

·University degree preferably in Real Estate or related disciplines.

·Member of HKIS / RICS / CIREA is preferable.

·Minimum 3 years' or above experiences in valuation business in China

·Candidate with 5 years or above experiences in valuation business will be considered the post as Manager

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

·Proficiency in MS Office

·Able to work independently under continuous pressure to accomplish the pre-set business target and unpredicted volume of work
