Major Responsibilities:
？ Lead plant PC&L team to achieve department objectives and deliver budget on Production, Shipping, Planning, Inventory, Warehousing and Packaging. People/team management and development
？ Overall manage Customer demand/forecast, planning /inventory systems and logistics system to insure high on-time delivery for customers’ satisfaction.
？ Implement strong production control and lean kaizen: level scheduling, tracking schedule attainment, control of material movement and information flow.
？ Manage inventory levels to meet/beat budget commitment. Review inventory status by category, E&O, sleeping time in weekly.
？ Supervise Warehouse team to support manufacturing/Quality daily operation, maintain receiving/shipping/storage, and meet FIFO/Traceability requirement. Implement visual management, pull & lean system in Warehouse.
？ Lead Liuzhou site central Packaging team for finish goods packaging design and optimization. Review and approve all raw materials packaging solution submitted by suppliers.
？ Performance and metrics reporting.
？ Other project assigned by superior

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
？ Bachelor Degree or above
？ Excellent English (oral and written). Other language is a plus
？ Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill
？ Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office) and ERP skill
？ Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills. Supervisory and management experience
？ Self-motivated, can work under high pressure and dynamic environment
？ APICS knowledge and CPIM/CSCP certificates is a bonus
？ Strong problem solving skills Working knowledge about international trade and material flow constraints

Experience:
？ At least 5 year experiences in Production Planning/Material Management
？ Experience in MRP/ERP system
？ Experience on budget management,
？ Experience in a large or international manufacturing firm
？ Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operation a bonus
？ Experience in Strategic Business Planning a bonus
？ Supervisory and management experience, at least 3 years in leadership position
