Major Responsibilities:

？ Execute PDP assignment on time
？ 按时完成新项目导入的相关工作
？ Support first time quality and scrap reduction initiatives to achieve plant quality goals in line with customer quality goals.
？ 为实现公司的质量目标提供支持
？ Develop and implement cost reduction plans that support plant productivity goals to meet budget requirements.
？ 制定和实施降成本计划
？ Optimize existing factory floor value stream.
？ 优化工厂现有产品的价值流
？ Improve material flow elements assisting production control in efforts to eliminate fork truck traffic in plant populated areas and accelerate material flow.
？ 优化工厂内的物流
？ Support plant initiatives to set the standards for workplace organization developing visual controls and address systems.
？ 建立可视化系统和地址系统
？ Provide engineering support for new business opportunities completing all cost requests on time.
？ 按时完成与新项目报价相关的成本分析工作
？ In conjunctions with manufacturing engineers, maintain manufacturing capacities.
？ 提供并维护工厂的产能分析
？ Provide support for the purchase, installation, and implementation of new equipment.
？ 对新设备的采购，安装和运行提供必要的支持
？ Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as plant lay out and labor routings
？ 按时更新制造部相关文件，例如工厂布局的更新和生产工时的维护
？ Train Operator to implement PFP
？ 培训现场员工执行标准化操作
？ Support and address all Health & Safety and ergonomic issues.
？ 为健康&安全和人机工程问题提供必要的技术支持
？ Assess operator skill level
？ 评估现场员工的技能等级

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
(Note: Determine the necessary competence for personnel on this position, e.g. what kind of applicable tools and techniques should be skilled in, Education background, language skill requirement, character and so on)
？ Bachelor degree of industrial engineering or equivalent required
？ 本科学历，工业工程或相关专业
？ High level of computer skills; Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCad
？ 熟悉办公软件和Auto CAD
？ Able to develop work instruction, people focused practice, material handling, optimized lay out plan
？ 制作标准化作业指导书，设计物料容器，优化工厂布局
？ Ability to identify waste in the manufacturing system and develop projects for continuous improvement.
？ 熟悉IE手法，实施持续改进工作
？ Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including PDP, PFMEA, SPC, etc.
？ 能够理解制造标准和应用相关工具，包括PDP,PFMEA和SPC等
？ High level of interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills.
？ 良好的人际关系和沟通能力
？ Able to demonstrate qualified skill to operator and willing to work at the floor with operator
